Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel anytime. An organization Owner or Admin manages the plan from the in-app billing page, and plan changes apply to the whole workspace.

A seat is one person in your organization — both active members and pending invitations count. Every paid plan scales with you: there are no seat tiers and no seat minimum, so you choose a plan by the features you need rather than your headcount. Very large or regulated teams can talk to us about Enterprise.

You get a grace window with full access before anything changes, so a failed card or a late renewal never locks you out unexpectedly. If a plan does lapse, your data is retained and you can pick a plan to pick up exactly where you left off.

Yes — on Professional and up, Timix.AI generates commercial invoices from your approved billable hours: line items, your tax rate, totals, and a branded PDF to send. It's a commercial invoice (valid wherever an invoice is a business document); for country-specific tax/e-invoicing compliance — where a government must clear the invoice — and for your accounting records, you can also export or sync to QuickBooks, Xero and 1,000+ apps via our Zapier/Make/Workato connectors and Integration API.
