Who can use Timix.AI

These Terms of Service are an agreement between you and Timix.AI ("we", "us") covering your use of the Timix.AI application and this website (together, "the service"). By creating an account, joining an organization, or using the service, you accept these terms.

Timix.AI is built for business use — tracking, managing, and reporting billable time. To use it you must be at least 16 years old. If you accept these terms on behalf of a company, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that company, and "you" means the company.

The service

Timix.AI is a software-as-a-service platform for time tracking and reporting: your team logs time against customers, projects, and tasks; you manage rates, budgets, approvals, and schedules; and you export billing-ready reports. The service is under active development and is provided as-is during the launch period — we ship improvements continuously, and "Availability and changes" below explains how we handle changes.

Accounts and security

When you create an account, you agree to provide accurate information and keep it up to date. Sign-in is handled through Google Firebase Authentication. Keep your credentials confidential and do not share accounts — you are responsible for activity that happens under your account.

If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, tell us promptly at hello@timix.ai and change your password.

Free trial

Every new workspace starts with a 90-day free trial, full access, no credit card. No payment details are required to start or run the trial.

When the trial ends, the workspace becomes read-only: your team can still see all of its data, but making changes requires an active plan. Nothing is deleted when a trial expires — your data stays stored, and activating a plan restores full access immediately.

Plans and billing

Paid plans are priced per seat, in US dollars, on monthly or annual billing periods. Each plan includes a seat limit — currently 10, 50, or 150 seats depending on the plan. Current plans and prices are on the pricing page.

You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time. Plan changes take effect in-app.

Your data

Everything your organization puts into Timix.AI — time entries, customers, projects, reports, settings — belongs to you. We claim no ownership of it. We may export your data for you on request, and we use it only to provide the service: we do not mine it, sell it, or share it for anyone's marketing. How we handle personal data is described in our privacy policy.

You are responsible for the data you store: you confirm that you have the right to put it into Timix.AI and that it does not violate anyone else's rights.

Acceptable use

Use Timix.AI for what it is for. You agree not to:

• Store or transmit unlawful content, or use the service for unlawful purposes.
• Probe, disrupt, overload, or otherwise abuse the service or its infrastructure.
• Resell, sublicense, or provide the service to third parties as your own offering.
• Attempt to access or scrape data belonging to other organizations on the platform.
• Circumvent security, authentication, or usage limits.

We may suspend access that puts the service or other customers at risk — see Termination below.

Availability and changes to the service

We work to keep Timix.AI available and fast, but during the launch period we offer no guaranteed uptime SLA — maintenance windows and unplanned outages can happen. We may add, change, or remove features as the product evolves. For changes that materially reduce the service's core functionality, we will give you notice before they take effect.

Intellectual property

The Timix.AI service — its software, design, and brand — belongs to us and remains ours. Using the service gives you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use it under these terms, and nothing more. Your data remains yours, as described in "Your data" above. If you send us feedback or suggestions, we may use them to improve the service without obligation or compensation.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

Plain English first: we work hard to make Timix.AI reliable, but you should keep your own copies of anything critical and not treat any software as infallible.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied — including fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, and non-infringement — to the maximum extent permitted by law.

To the same maximum extent permitted by law: (a) our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the service is capped at the fees you actually paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim; and (b) we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, goodwill, or data. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain of these limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

Termination

You can stop using Timix.AI at any time and ask us to delete your account and your organization's data — email hello@timix.ai. We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these terms, with prior notice where practicable.

On termination, your right to use the service ends. Handling of your data follows our privacy policy and the trial and retention rules above.

Governing law

Before the service exits its launch period, this section will name the governing law and the courts that have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these terms.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service and the law evolve. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the current version. For material changes we will give reasonable advance notice — a notice on this site, or an email to account holders. If you keep using Timix.AI after a change takes effect, that is acceptance of the updated terms; if you do not agree, stop using the service and contact us about your data.
